Meher Mount is a semi-wilderness area containing some hazards, including, but not limited to: natural hazards such as rough potted roads, trails, and terrain; poison oak, poisonous snakes, poisonous insects and wildlife; old farm equipment and old building foundations; maintenance machinery and equipment in open and enclosed storage areas; a fenced-in pool no longer in use; non-potable irrigation water; and potentially hazardous weather conditions.
In acknowledgement of potential dangers and risks inherent in my visit to Meher Mount, I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Meher Mount Corporation and all of its officers, board of directors, agents, employees, and staff members, from and any all liability for injuries to or deaths of persons or damage to property caused by me and my family’s use of, occupancy of, or operations upon the Meher Mount property. I further agree to indemnify Meher Mount for any attorney fees and/or costs incurred in defending Meher Mount from any actions for injury sustained on the premises.
I grant Meher Mount Corporation permission to act in whatever way necessary to care for me and/or my children in case of emergency, including permission for me and/or or my children to receive medical treatment.
