If you are in Ojai on Saturday, October 21, 2023, stop by Meher Mount’s booth and say hello. The time is between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

You will be able to pick up free literature and sign-up to receive the free eBook on “Why Meher Baba Observed Silence.”

Ojai Day is a city-wide celebration and appreciation of Ojai.

The event includes vendors, entertainment, food and activities with an emphasis on celebrating the local community.

Activities and booths will be on Ojai Avenue and adjacent streets.

Ojai Day is an opportunity to share Avatar Meher Baba’s name and message and highlight Meher Mount’s role as a universal spiritual center dedicated to Meher Baba.

The first Ojai Day took place in 1917 to honor magnate Edward Libbey for helping to shape downtown Ojai when he financed the construction of the Arcade, Post Office, and Libbey Park. The event faded away after several years and it was revived in 1991. Now the emphasis of the event is to celebrate the local community.
